Another AMAZING month for Keystone! We've just had a our best month EVER!

Keystone continues to go from strenght to strength....We now need more houses to sell!

I am pleased to say we have just had our best month ever breaking all previous records putting 21 houses under offer.

We welcome into the Keystone family two new team members Lyubomir Mirchev (Lyubo) and my wife Jill Roberts. I have been training Lyubo for the last few months in photography and the 3D virutal reality viewing tool we use. He has made fantastic progress and has shown he strikes up great rapport with our clients. We have now decided to take him on as a full time member of staff - welcome Lyubo!

My wife Jill has been a customer service manager for Tate and Lyle for the last 14 years and has decided to take the plunge and come and work for Keystone. She brings a wealth of experience and I'm really excited about the future as two heads are better than one! Already over the last few weeks she has identified areas we can improve on and she has already sold a few houses for us!

So alongside the ever reliant Rachel and Glenys, not forgetting our accompanied viewer Lee, I am sure these two new team members can push Keystone to even greater heights and more records can be broken going forwards!

I am very proud of all of my staff and the efforts they have put in over the last couple of months...All this is only possible with great team work!

After months of fevered speculation, Chancellor Rachel Reeves will unveil her autumn Budget next week (Wednesday 30 October). As the announcement could have important implications for landlords, let’s consider what might be included in it.

In this six-minute video, Ben talks about the property market in Flintshire, which has shown significant growth recently, with increased demand from buyers and sellers in recent months. There’s been an evident rise in new listings this month compared to last, highlighting both market confidence and growing interest in the market.

Working from home (WFH) is the norm for many Brits – 26% do it at least some of the time*. But it’s easy to fall into a rut when your domestic and professional lives play out in the same location.

Many people turn to comfort food to get through the colder, darker autumn and winter months. But reach too often for a plate of stodge, and your energy levels and waistline will pay the price.
