Keystone want to say our own special thanks to the NHS and all other key workers.

We've have had a great idea this evening inspired by the facebook page "Connah's Quay rainbows and beyond" Keystone want to say our own special thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses, Care workers and all other key workers during this very difficult time. I would think lots of these key workers would travel past our high street office on the way to work...how great would it be if we dedicated our whole front window to saying thanks to the NHS?! We do however need your help! We need all primary school kids in the local area to get creative with your rainbows! Please do them portrait style on A4 white paper. If you can then either post them through our door without bending or crumpling (117 High Street, Connah's Quay) or alternatively drop them in during the day between 9-4pm,,,knock the door as the office is manned.

Thanks in advance!

Selling a home in 2025 is very different from even just a few years ago. With more choice on the market and buyers becoming increasingly selective, standing out requires more than just a For Sale board. Here’s what Flintshire sellers need to know to succeed this year.

November has been an outstanding month for Keystone — and the data is crystal clear. From 1st to 24th November, we’ve agreed 23 property sales, making this one of the strongest months we’ve ever recorded. It’s further proof that when a home is priced with precision and launched with purpose, the market responds quickly and decisively.

One of the questions we’re often asked here at Keystone is: “Why do you use a guide price rather than setting a fixed price?” It’s a great question and the answer is simple. 👉 Because it’s a strategy that works in our clients’ favour.

Buying a home is one of life’s biggest milestones — whether it’s your first purchase or you’ve been through the process before. And while it’s exciting, it can also feel overwhelming, with mortgages, surveys, negotiations and legal work all pulling you in different directions 😅
