Flintshire Market Update February 2023

After a volatile few months in the local property market we have some good news for you! Ben explains all in this six minute video.

Just a few stats for you I don't mention in the video. We have seen a sharp increase in Buyer registrations and viewing requests these last ten days or so. We totalled 115 new heads up buyer registrations in January. This has risen sharply as on 20th January we only had 50. Compared to last year in the boom where we had 170 in January 2022.

Last January in Flintshire 175 houses went under offer. This January 127 went under offer. It is down but hasn't fallen off a cliff and has returned to pre 2020 levels.

As I say in the video there is now real activity in the market and the signs are looking good for properties to stop falling certainly over the next few months as Spring is traditionally the best time of the year to sell.
