Flintshire Market update - End of March 2023

Here in this 3 minute video I give my thoughts on how the market is looking going into the Spring.

Traditionally Spring is the best time to sell your home. As the days get longer, the trees get greener and the weather improves people naturally get the feel good factor and start to think about how great it would be to move home in time to enjoy a long hot summer(hopefully!).

In the local Flintshire market we are seeing plenty of buyer activity and if houses are priced correctly they are usually selling in weeks rather than months. After the financial uncertainty of the back end of 2022 the market locally has recovered well and the signs are looking very good going into the spring.

In the video I go through some really interesting stats so its well worth watching especially if you're looking to sell in the next few months...speaking of which if you are looking to sell soon click here of our valuation options. If you're looking locally to buy your next property make sure you register for heads up property alerts. Once registered you will automatically receive any matched properties the moment they hit the market and often 5-7 days BEFORE they hit rightmove. Register today by clicking here.

If you do book a face to face valuation I'll always talk to you first about your aims and objectives as there is far more to all this than just selling the house. At Keystone we are interested in you and your story. Once we know your plan we can put a strategy together to deliver the best outcome for you. Wherever you live in Flintshire or whatever the size of the house, we can help.

Hopefully I will speak to you soon

Best Regards

Ben

It’s one of the questions we get asked constantly here at Keystone: “So, is it a buyer’s market or a seller’s market right now?” It’s a great question — and the truth is, it’s not as black and white as it used to be. The property market isn’t just one big switch that flips between “buyer” and “seller.” 🏠

Across the UK, many markets are slowing — but not here. In Flintshire, homes are selling faster than anticipated, with motivated buyers and smart sellers driving momentum. Here’s why our local market is defying expectations in 2025.
