Flintshire Market update May 2023 😍

Here Ben goes through what's happening right now in the Flintshire Property Market

Hi Everyone

The market this month has been pretty good again for Keystone. We are, this month, again (Up to May 24th) the No 1 selling agent in the Flintshire area on 13 sold with the next best agent on 9. We're currently way ahead for the year as well, so far selling 59 properties up to and including 24th May with the next best agent on 53.

All these figures are well and good but probably don't mean that much to you, our clients or potential clients. It's about selling your property and whilst doing so giving you the very best in service, presentation and achieving the best price.

The market currently is tough. You need an agent that has a clear defined marketing strategy, is presenting your property in the best possible light with an amazing video using the latest in digital tech, fantastic professionally taken photos, 3D virtual reality tours which give potential buyers a very clear idea of your properties layout and of course a floorplan. The most important part though is an agent that puts their clients first and looks after your best interests right throughout the process.

This is what we do here at Keystone. If you live anywhere in Flintshire let us prove it to you with a no obligation valuation. Click here to book a valuation.

Thanks for watching my video and taking the time to read this article.
