How to set up and use Heads Up Property Alerts

In this six minute instructional video Ben and Jill explain all about heads up property alerts.

They go through how to set up your profile, switch off annoying SSTC (Sold subject to Contract) properties, edit your search profile to make it as area-specific as you want, and explain why some matches aren't 100% matches. Jill shows what a new matched property email looks like and that if you scroll down further, you'll still see all your existing matches.

One thing to note is that cookies on your desktop PC will automatically save your set-up matches the next time you search our website. If you want to do a fresh search, you'll need to log out at the top right. If you want to re-access your search profile on that PC, you'll need to access it via the heads-up emails that will have been sent to you, either with new suggested properties or the email that was sent when setting up your profile for the first time.
