Our yearly stats from Rightmove ๐Ÿ˜

We've had another amazing year. Watch this short video from Rightmove with a round up of our stats from 2022.

The impressive thing is that during the last three months (Oct - Dec 22) although there hasn't been as many properties selling overall in the Flintshire area we have taken a far bigger share and have maintained our sale stats from earlier in the year and the same time last year. Why? I personally think far more people are starting to realise that in a tough market you need a good estate agent! Gone are the days where a house would go on rightmove and almost sell itself. Most Online estate agencies business models rely on this and you will start to see more and more of them disappear over the next year or two if as I predict the market becomes even toughter.

In a hard to sell market there is one very important word that i drum into my team - proactive! You need to be proactive but due to the success of our buyer registration system - heads up property alerts we have thousands of local buyers registered inside our system. The software system we use actually informs us every morning who to call! It will give us the "most interested" potential viewers giving us the amount of times they've viewed properties online and how long they've spent on a particular listing.
