Sellers Stories, Lucy, Buckley

Lucy had instructed an agent on her late parent’s property who had it on the market for a number of months but unfortunately they weren't able to find her a buyer.

Lucy was recommended to us by her brother who had also just sold his property with us. I listened to her story so far and it turned out to be her late parents property. Her Mum had just passed away and the property had gone into probate. I advised her that the house could still be marketed but the property couldn't be sold until probate was granted.

We came up with a plan of action and I promised that Keystone would take care of everything for her including conducting all the viewings. We do this at Keystone as standard practise but in delicate situations like this one it is an absloute must for obvious reasons.

I also advised that when we found a buyer on the property her and her siblings would be kept up to date via our shared portal which is updated on a weekly basis with progression reports from both solicitors involved. Her buyer would also have access keeping her engaged all the way through the process.

We love a happy client and the team were made up to receive a five star review on facebook. Thank you Lucy.
