Welsh housing market remains open

Welsh housing market remains open

Its business as usual here at Keystone....

Even if we cant open our doors it is very much business as usual. House moves are not affected by the new tier 4 restrictions in Wales. We just wanted to let you know that we can still carry out valuations and viewings and Surveyors are allowed to continue to do mortgage surveys. So its very much business as usual.

We have a range of valuation options....Click here

Obviously we all have to be sensible and follow strict guidelines. Whenever we do arrange a viewing we always send relevant parties some guidelines on how the viewing will be conducted to ensure all parties are aware of their responsibilities. You can rest assured that your safety is our priority with all viewings and valuations being conducted in the safest and socially distanced way possible.

Our latest market update is live – and it’s a bumper month for Flintshire! Between 1st–27th March, a massive 298 properties came to market – the highest figure since 2021! With over 200 sales already, the signs are very promising for house prices as we head into spring 🌸

As a tenant, you might think that contents insurance is optional, but it’s one of the most important things you can do to protect yourself and your belongings. Thinking of selling your home? 🤔 Here’s a stat that might surprise you: across Flintshire, only 59.89% of homes listed actually sell. That means nearly 4 in 10 sellers are left disappointed – stuck on the market, frustrated, and starting over. 😩⏳
