Keystone continues to go from strength to strength with a phenomenal month selling 29 properties in March!
Wow, wow, wow! This market continues to defy logic or does it? What’s driving such a strong sellers market? Purely and simply it’s all about supply and demand. Not only are we breaking records at present but we’re also achieving record prices for houses.
I believe there are a number of factors driving the huge demand. I think the covid situation has changed many peoples outlook on life. They’ve had a lot of time to think and re-set their goals. When you set your life goals I’ll bet having your dream house is near the top of that list?
Staring at the same four walls for so long and simply wanting a change has driven people to the market.
Practically, do people now need more space as their working from home? Do they need a bigger garden for their kids? Have they thought I want my kids to grow up in a better area? All of these reasons are coming to the fore.
Unfortunately some couples have found out after spending so much time with each other they don’t really like each other as much as they did or someone that has “put up” with their partner for so long has decided they’ve had enough! This also ends up with the house going on the market.
Then there’s the stamp duty holiday, yes I think it’s a factor but only a small part of why this markets so strong. You watch, it’ll continue to be strong the second half of 2021.
So why are Keystone selling so many in comparison to other local agents?
