How to have your house valued WITHOUT an Estate Agent visit

Don't fancy the idea of a "salesy" estate agent coming out to the house? We have two great options for you. Read on to find out more!

Hi my names Ben Roberts and I’m the Managing Director here at Keystone. I have over 15 years’ experience and have sold over £150m worth of property in the Flintshire area. My team and I have won various awards over the years with the latest being a nationally recognised award for digital innovation and growth. I’ve spoken on national estate agency podcasts and am recognised as one of the leading UK estate agents. I'm well placed to give you a very accurate valuation of your home and even if you aren't planning on moving for 6-12 months I'm always happy to come and do a free market appraisal on your property. However, if you're not quite ready for that yet we have two great options for you.

Social Distancing Valuation - This is a great option for if you've perhaps done an instant valuation, been a little dissapointed with the result but you're not yet ready to have an agent out. Maybe you're thinking of a move in 3-6 months time and just want a more accurate valuation. This involves taking a few pictures throughout the house and sending them over to me via this form. Click here to access our social distancing valuation form. I will come back to you within 24 hours of sending this form.

Video/ Zoom Valuation - This is a great option and will give me a far better idea of the house and it's value. This involves me doing everything I would normally do on a home visit valuation. Ive done a great video and blog explaining exactly how this works. Click here to watch this video.

Here are all of our valuation options.

In this month's edition of Keystones monthly market update, Ben brings you all the local market news with the latest from the ground level of how the local Flintshire market is performing. He also covers a very important subject if you're thinking of moving soon...

From 18 – 24 March, Food Waste Action Week is happening across the UK. The initiative shines a spotlight on the issue of food wastage, urging the communities across Flintshire and the UK to reflect on their food habits and make more sustainable choices.

Ben gives us another insight into what's happening in the local Flintshire property market.

Owning a rental property isn’t just about what happens while tenants are in place. Effectively managing periods when your property is unoccupied is equally important. When your property is empty, you won’t have rent coming in, and you’ll have to pay out to cover the mortgage, utilities (including standing charges) and council tax.
