It’s been a busy 18 months for the property market in the Flintshire area. But things are cooling down slightly. That’s not because demand is declining, far from it. We have plenty of registered potential buyers looking for homes in this area. The slowdown is due to people not finding a new home to move to once they’ve sold.
Good news
The good news is we’ve started using some very clever technology that can generate a property search based on exactly what you want from your next home, including:
Location – based on specific postcodes.
Property type – apartment, bungalow, terraced, detached, semi-detached.
Price – from £60,000 and upwards.
You tell us what you’re after, and we’ll find some great options that match your wish list. The beauty of this is that we promise to let you know about any matched properties BEFORE they hit our social media or facebook.
So what does it mean to you if you happen to be selling your existing property??
The last check I made on a three bed semi in Connah's Quay we had over 400 matched applicants in our system that are in the market right now! So someone that registered a year ago that has has now bought a property will no longer get the alerts as our system RECOGNISES when someone has become inactive and no longer continues to match them to properties! On the flip side if someone registered a year ago and had a change of circumstances at the time and has recently become active the system will start to send them matched properties again. If they all of a sudden start to look at higher priced properties then our system will even automatically prompt them asking if their situation has changed and to update the maximum price on their search profile!
